1 the purpose

Ensure the correct operation, maintenance, safe production and improve production efficiency of the bending machine

2. Scope of application

Applicable to all bending machine operators of Nantong Foma Heavy Machine Tool Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

3. Safety operation specification

1. The operator must be familiar with the general structure and performance of the equipment.

2. The lubricating parts of the bending machine should be refueled regularly.

3. Before bending, run idling and check that the equipment is normal before operating.

4. It is forbidden to drive when installing the bending mold.

5. Correctly select the bending mold, the fastening position of the upper and lower molds must be correct, and prevent trauma when installing the upper and lower molds.

6. It is not allowed to pile sundries, tools and measuring tools between the upper and lower molds during bending.

7. When multiple people operate, the main operator must be confirmed, and the main operator controls the use of the foot switch, and other personnel are not allowed to use it.

8. When bending large parts, it is necessary to prevent the upward surface of the sheet from hurting people.

9. If the bending machine is abnormal, cut off the power immediately, stop the operation, and notify the relevant personnel to eliminate the fault in time.

10. After the work is completed, stop the upper tool to the bottom dead point, cut off the power, and clean up the work site.

4. Safety operating procedures

1. Start

(1) Install the tool, align the center position of the upper and lower molds, and adjust the positioning baffle according to the process.

(2) Close the air switch in the control cabinet and turn on the power.

(3) Press the motor switch button.

(4) Run idling several times to confirm that the operation is normal, and bend the sheet according to the process.

2. Stop

(1) Move the tool to the bottom dead center, press the motor stop button (press the red emergency stop button in case of emergency).

(2) Cut off the air switch in the control cabinet.

(3) Check to make sure each operation switch is in non-working state.

(4) Clean up the internal and external side materials, residues and sundries of the machine to ensure cleanliness.

(5) Arranging and cleaning the working environment and confirming the cleanliness
