This series of machine tools adopts an integral bed with a 45° bevel angle, and the bed material is HT300. It is cast using resin sand technology and has a reasonable internal rib layout. The guide rail adopts imported linear roller guide rail, which has improved feeding accuracy, small friction resistance, good rigidity, high resistance to vibration and deformation, allowing users to obtain higher processing accuracy, increase the speed of rapid movement, and obtain higher production efficiency.
The bed saddle moves along the bed in the Z-axis direction, and the slide plate drives the tool holder to move in the X-axis direction. Both are connected by the servo motor and the ball screw through a coupling. The screw adopts imported high-precision ball screw, which has high precision and accurate transmission.
This machine tool chuck is standard configuration and can meet the processing needs of most users.
