5 Safe operation procedures

5.1 Before operation

5.1.1 Correctly wear work clothes at work, three tights, protective glasses, gloves, slippers and sandals are strictly prohibited, and female employees are strictly prohibited from wearing scarves, skirts, and hair in work caps.

5.1.2 Check whether the protection, insurance, signal device, mechanical transmission part and electrical part of the sawing machine have reliable protection devices and whether they are complete and effective. It is strictly forbidden to use the sawing machine in excess of specifications, overload, over-speed, and over-temperature.

5.2 Working

5.2.1 Make all the preparations before starting the machine. Install the vise so that the center of the saw material is in the middle of the saw stroke. Adjust the pliers to the desired angle, and the size of the saw material should not be greater than the maximum size of the saw material of the machine tool.

5.2.2 The saw blade must be tightened, and the saw should be idled for 3-5 minutes before the saw to drive out the air in the hydraulic cylinder and the oil grooves on the hydraulic transmission device, and check whether the saw machine is faulty or not, and whether the lubricating oil circuit is normal.

5.2.3 When sawing pipes or thin-plate profiles, the tooth pitch should not be smaller than the thickness of the material. When sawing, the handle should be retracted to the slow position and the amount of cutting should be reduced.

5.2.4 During the operation of the sawing machine, it is not allowed to change the speed midway. The sawing material should be placed, clamped and firmly clamped. The amount of cutting is determined according to the hardness of the material and the quality of the saw blade.

5.2.5 When the material is about to be cut off, it is necessary to strengthen observation and pay attention to safe operation.

5.2.6 When the sawing machine is abnormal, such as abnormal noise, smoke, vibration, odor, etc., stop the machine immediately and ask relevant personnel to check and deal with it.

5.3 After work

5.3.1 After using or leaving the workplace, each control handle must be put back to the empty space and the power supply must be cut off.

5.3.2 Clean up the sawing machine and the work site in time after the operation is completed.

6 Emergency measures

6.1 In the event of an electric shock, immediately disconnect the power supply, perform chest compression and artificial respiration, and report to the superior at the same time.

6.2 In the event of burns, such as small burns, immediately rinse with a large amount of clean water, apply burn ointment and send to the hospital for treatment.

6.3 Bandage the bleeding part of the accidentally injured person to stop bleeding, disinfect and send to the hospital for treatment.
