1. Mould
In the past, the production of molds mostly used manual methods, which required plaster to make a model, and then a steel billet to make a model. After smoothing with a planer, use hand or engraving machine to engrave the shape of the product mold. The whole process requires high skill of the processing master, and it is quite time-consuming. Once a mistake is made, it cannot be corrected, and all previous efforts will be discarded. The machining center can complete a variety of procedures at one time, and the processing efficiency is unmatched by manual operation. Before processing, use the computer to design graphics, simulate to detect whether the processed workpiece meets the requirements, and adjust the test piece in time, which greatly improves the fault tolerance rate and reduces the error rate. It can be said that the machining center is the most suitable mechanical equipment for mold processing.

2. Box-shaped parts
Parts with complex shapes, a cavity inside, a large volume and more than one hole system, and a certain proportion of the length, width and height of the internal cavity are suitable for CNC machining of machining centers.

3. Complex surface
The machining center can be clamped at one time to complete the processing of all side and top surfaces except for the clamping surface. The processing principle is different for different models. The spindle or worktable can complete the processing of 90° rotation with the workpiece. Therefore, the machining center is suitable for processing mobile phone parts, auto parts, and aerospace materials. Such as the back cover of the mobile phone, the shape of the engine and so on.

4. Special-shaped parts
The machining center can be assembled and clamped, and can complete multiple processes such as drilling, milling, boring, expanding, reaming, and rigid tapping. The machining center is the most suitable mechanical equipment for irregularly shaped parts that require mixed processing of points, lines, and surfaces.

5. Plates, sleeves, plate parts
Machining center according to different main shaft operation mode for the hole system with keyway, radial hole or end face distribution, curved disk sleeve or shaft parts, such as flanged shaft sleeve, keyway or square head shaft parts Wait. There are also plate parts with more porous processing, such as various motor covers. 6. Periodic mass-produced parts
The processing time of a machining center generally includes two parts, one is the time required for processing, and the other is the preparation time for processing. The preparation time occupies a high proportion. This includes: process time, programming time, part test piece time, etc. The machining center can store these operations for repeated use in the future. In this way, this time can be saved when processing the part in the future. The production cycle can be greatly shortened. Therefore, it is especially suitable for mass production of orders.
